He almost won and was closing really hard. That was a good race and should improve with added distance. It looks like going to Meydan was a good choice. If he was finishing in the back of the field, I would agree with you but it looks like he has some more fight and races left in him.

I think this sounds like a really cool idea and I applaud Frank Stronach for trying to promote something new for the sport. It could be a really fun event and would be something we all look forward to during a slow time of the racing year. 12 million would be a nice purse. :)

Her connections are doing what is best for her. She deserves to be treated with extreme caution. Why race her if she isn't at 100%? They still want to race her next year. I was disappointed to see her out of the race but I would rather have her out of the race than cross the finish line in last.
