The outcome almost never fails here or at any other track.In todays 5th race at the Spa.The Stewards just sent out a search party to try and find Christophe Clements 3/5 favorite.On the other hand,Clementes uncoupled first time entry wound up winning the race at the juicy odds of 21-1.Gotta love it.

sorry error erased post.R1- the #2 should be tough,but i will key the #3 with 2/8. R5- the #7 looks like urest winner on th card. R9- box 2-5 with win on #5. R10- key the #8 with 2/3/5. if you guys like anyone at all let me know,especially in races i did not mention.may the horse be with you and all.

laz,tomorrow at the spa in race 5. the #1 horse Crystal Rocket was a horse i was told to look out for.she is reputedly a runner.i did not hear anything about her competition in the race.at 12-1 the odds are attractive. she was entered to run on opening day at saratoga but scratched. my only negative,is that her last published work in the data i use shows up on july 7th.not a good sign that she missed works and scratched. especially for a filly that was working once a week. at a crossroad.if the price is huge,definately worth the risk based on what i heard about her. if odds are short ,i might just watch.unless they missed a workout.need to make some calls.

Saratoga Race Course

Today at the spa in race #2. Corfu will be making his first career start. Based on his pedgree, connections and workout tab. Corfu is one of the most anticipated debut runners in recent years.Not only at the spa,but at any track. That being said,if you are a gimmick player,in a field so small you cannot spread as they say. You need to key a 2nd horse.That could easily be the #5 crescent. When a bill Mott trainee posts a bullet breeaing work at the much needed 5F distance,this is nothing to sneeze at.Mottss' youngsters are rarely asked for speed in their works(unlike trainers baffert.pletcher and assmussen to name a few) for Crescent to have done this.he did it on his own.This looks like 1 serious 2yo.The only obvious negative about this horse today maybe,that they chose the wrong race to debut him. But as they say, events are never won on paper.you play the game. As great as Corfu can maybe be,do not discount Crescent.
