Joel, Typically morning line odds are set at specific levels, like 8-1 or 10-1, but not 9-1. That can make it a little harder, but that's typically how it's done. It's also customary not to overly insult the owners of huge longshots, which is why we left the bottom ones at 50-1, although I certainly wouldn't argue with 80-1 or 99-1 on horses like Winning Impression.
